About our service

FIND PERSONS is a people information search engine service whose data is freely accessible from the most commonly used search engines. The information we show has been either published freely by its owners or is freely accessible on the internet as part of a publicly available document; in both cases, this information has been legally indexed by the main search engines.

FIND PERSONS does not store or have databases of people, it simply shows results freely accessible to anyone with internet access. The main search engines automatically and constantly scan any information published on the internet, including personal information, so if you do not want your information to be scanned it is important not to make it public.

Without prejudice to the above, FIND PERSONS applies the highest privacy standards so that any person who wishes not to be shown as a result in the searches made by the users of the platform is not shown.

Purpose

Why do we use data?

FIND PERSONS processes the following personal data for the purposes indicated below:

a - User registration: the personal data collected through this form will be used exclusively to manage the registration as a registered user and if you grant us your consent, to send promotional emails about our activities and services, without prejudice to the use of your data for this purpose, in accordance with our legitimate interest.

b - Contact form: the personal data collected through this form will be used exclusively to manage your request and if you grant us your consent to send promotional emails about our activities and services.

How long do we keep the data?

Below, and in accordance with current regulations, we inform you of the time we will keep your data, which depends on the type of use to which it is intended:

The data of the contacts received through the contact form that do not end up contracting any service, will be automatically deleted after one year from the contact, as long as the potential client has not shown more interest in our services. In the event that you have given us your consent to send promotional emails, your personal contact data will be used until you revoke your consent by any of the available means.

In case of contracting any service, the data will be processed as long as the commercial relationship lasts and, once concluded, for the time necessary to respond to possible legal responsibilities.

The data of the people who appear in the searches will be temporarily processed to be shown in the results, ceasing the processing at that very moment. At the same time, such data may be eventually processed as long as the data subjects appear in the results of the main search engines.

Legitimization

Below, we inform you what allows us to process your data, depending on the use for which they are intended.

The data of registered users will be processed by FIND PERSONS for the fulfillment of the contractual relationship.

Likewise, the personal data that appears in the searches will be processed by the legitimate interest of FIND PERSONS.
