FIND PERSONS is a people information search engine service whose data is freely accessible from the most commonly used search engines. The information we show has been either published freely by its owners or is freely accessible on the internet as part of a publicly available document; in both cases, this information has been legally indexed by the main search engines.

FIND PERSONS does not store or have databases of people, it simply shows results freely accessible to anyone with internet access. The main search engines automatically and constantly scan any information published on the internet, including personal information, so if you do not want your information to be scanned it is important not to make it public.

Without prejudice to the above, FIND PERSONS applies the highest privacy standards so that any person who wishes not to be shown as a result in the searches made by the users of the platform is not shown.

Below, and in accordance with current regulations, we inform you of the time we will keep your data, which depends on the type of use to which it is intended:

The data of the contacts received through the contact form that do not end up contracting any service, will be automatically deleted after one year from the contact, as long as the potential client has not shown more interest in our services. In the event that you have given us your consent to send promotional emails, your personal contact data will be used until you revoke your consent by any of the available means.

In case of contracting any service, the data will be processed as long as the commercial relationship lasts and, once concluded, for the time necessary to respond to possible legal responsibilities.

The data of the people who appear in the searches will be temporarily processed to be shown in the results, ceasing the processing at that very moment. At the same time, such data may be eventually processed as long as the data subjects appear in the results of the main search engines.

Data transfers to third parties

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties without your express and prior consent, except for those service providers with whom we have a valid service contract or where a law requires FIND PERSONS to make such a data transfer.

You have the right to:

• Revoke the consent granted.
• Access personal data.
• Rectify personal data.
• Delete personal data.
• File a complaint or a writ for the protection of your rights with the Andorran Data Protection Agency.
• Be informed of any security incident that may affect your rights.
• Limitation of treatment.
• Portability of your data.

You have the option to request us through this form that your personal data does not appear as a result of searches made on FIND PERSONS; to do this, you must provide us with information that allows us to verify your identity, as well as the URL where you currently appear and the reason why you do not want to appear. The response to your request will be communicated to you within a maximum period of one month from its reception.

-It will be deleted exactly as a search result, the terms that you have requested, not different combinations that could also identify you. Consequently, make as many requests as combinations of your name you do not want to appear. All requests are accepted without exceptions in order to give you the greatest protection. -The deletion of your data in the search results does not imply (1) that your data is deleted from the main source where it is published and (2) that your data is blocked in the main search engines. To do this you must exercise your rights before the person responsible for the source (web, blog, etc..) where your data is published or before the search engines through their right to be forgotten requests.
